Cambridge Food Bank

Join Waterloo Region Public Health's Neighbourhood Nurse and the Cambridge Food Bank's Health Promoter at the Cambridge Food Bank for an one hour workshop designed to provide adults and older adults with a practical introduction to mental health. The session will focus on helping participants understand what mental health is, and how to recognize the signs of stress, anxiety, depression, grief and isolation. The session will also highlight simple strategies for managing mental health and where to find mental health support.
