Learn how to skillfully integrate mindfulness practices into your daily living to improve mental and physical well-being.

JOIN US FOR 8-WEEKS TO:

  • Connect and meditate with like-minded folks in a safe-space
This program utilizes Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other interventions.

This group requires access to an internet connected device (desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone) and pre-registration is required.
