Life can feel rushed, noisy, and uncertain. The labyrinth path offers a simple way to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Used around the world
as a stress management and reflection tool, the labyrinth is designed to help calm the mind and support a sense of balance and clarity.
This one-time experience at Oxford Community Arts includes a guided introduction to labyrinth walking followed by an opportunity to walk a canvas
labyrinth at your own pace. No special beliefs, background, or experience are needed. It is as simple as walking and breathing. Lap labyrinths and finger labyrinths will also be available for those with mobility concerns or anyone who prefers a seated experience.
