re-FRESH (Dru Yoga)
Tuesdays 6.3-7.30pm
Lead yourself into wellbeing and take greater vitality into your week…
Re-BALANCE and Re-ALIGN with:
- supportive flowing Dru Yoga movements
- a relaxed dance warm-up
- energy-block-release sequences
- visualisation and breathing practices
- deep relaxation and restorative poses
Cultivate seasonal tools you can use for life and enjoy a re-fresh in the sacred first Chapel of McLaren Vale; claim rest and “pause”, as much as you wish throughout the session.
All abilities welcome and all materials supplied (you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you wish).
Please arrive five to ten minutes before class begins & wear loose &/or layered clothing.
FIVE WEEK BLOCK PASSES can be used across: Tuesday July 28, Aug 4, 11, 18, & 25th, 6.30-7.30pm
