This workshop will test the emerging Purpose and Growth Framework against the organisational needs, purpose and success measures identified through earlier consultation.

Participants will help:

• Test the proposed design principles
• Explore how the approach could work for different employees and workforce arrangements
• Test the Light touch, Core and Structured Growth pathways
• Consider the proposed naming and language
• Identify what should remain flexible and what should be consistent
• Clarify what SAP should enable and what remains part of everyday people leadership

Participants do not need to have attended the first Performance and Development session. A summary of the Session 1 findings will be provided at the beginning of the workshop.

This is a practical, interactive workshop involving small-group discussions and scenario testing.

We are seeking a broad cross-section of employees and leaders from different roles, work areas, locations and workforce arrangements.
