Suitable for Ages 3 - 5 with a parent or caregiver
Join us at the Cambridge Food Bank for a fun-filled read-a- long for tots and caregivers! Enjoy beloved stories like The Very Hungry Caterpillar and If You Give A Pig a Pancake. Then create delicious snacks together, such as yogurt parfaits and fresh fruit skewers. It’s the perfect way to enjoy stories, spark creativity, and make tasty memories! Designed for preschool-aged children, this program encourages early food literacy, healthy eating habits, fine motor development, and meaningful caregiver-child connections in a fun and welcoming environment.
One registered child must attend with one participating parent, grandparent, or caregiver.
Please note: This program is designed as a one-to-one caregiver and child experience. Infants who remain in a stroller or infant carrier are welcome. If you have questions about bringing additional children, please contact the program facilitator before registering.
