Conveyor Maintenance Training Program
Target Audience: Maintenance Technicians, Shift Mechanics, and Line Operators. Prerequisites: Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with site safety (LOTO) protocols. Objectives: By the end of this session, trainees will be able to identify can-line specific wear, safely replace modular links and wear strips, and troubleshoot tracking and tension issues to reduce unexpected downtime.
Morning: Fundamentals & Inspection

| 09:30 - 10:30 | Preventative Maintenance (PM) | Visual inspection techniques for sprockets, idlers, and bearings. Spotting irregular wear patterns caused by aluminum dust or ink/varnish build-up. |
