My instructor Kathy was great! She explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. She also took time to highlight key points and important information so that we were well prepared for the practical training and exam. This is by far the best First Aid course I have completed and I will be coming back to LSS for any future training requirements.

First Aid Course was a lot of fun. The instructor was really engaging and super knowledgeable. She made learning CPR and how to use an AED in the group environment a lot of fun.
My instructor was polite and informative. Would defiantly recommend her again. Mrs Mitchell was awesome.
I would have welcomed a little additional time to practice donning and doffing the SCBA. Otherwise, the instructor (Erik) and course content were first-rate. Many thanks.

Cate Fox is an amazing instructor and a reason in itself to take courses at Leduc Safety Services. Knowledgeable about industry and has a wealth of experience to lean on. Will 100% return to do all courses with her when required.

Instructors time management skills are on point! Gave excellent examples and personal experiences that made the course fun, exciting and very real!! LSS class cancellations – LSS reserves the right to cancel classes that do not reach the minimum enrollment requirements (e.g. on weekends) and/or for extenuating circumstances beyond its control. Of course, LSS will notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the class start date. Fees for cancelled classes will be refunded in full or applied to another course upon request.
Student cancellations/withdrawals and no-shows – Formal cancellation or withdrawal from a course requires the student to provide notice of 24 hours prior to the class start date, by phone or e-mail: registration@leducsafety.com or (780) 955-3300. Not showing up for a class without having cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance is considered a no-show. The following fees apply for no-shows: $65 for weekday courses, full cost for weekend courses.
Start time – All courses start at 8:00 a.m. Always show up at least 15 minutes early for all courses to have time to check in.
Photo ID – All courses require you to bring along government-issued photo ID in order to receive your certification.
