Training facility was clean and well organized.

Chris did a great job with instructing the course - he engaged the classroom with personnel experiences amongst each other and himself.

Instructor was great!

Caty Fox delivered a fun, interesting and somewhat different training course. Learned a good deal of useable 1st aid tools and information.
However we did go off topic a few times where the class participants had trouble holding their emotions and comments in check making it a bit disruptive. Maybe a lack of maturity for some people.
All in all I enjoyed it and learned well from the course.

The training materials were well prepared, comprehensive, and fit for the intended purpose. The instructor delivered the content in an excellent manner, clearly explaining concepts and reinforcing them with practical and relevant examples, which enhanced understanding and engagement. However, the training duration could be reconsidered, as the content was quite compressed into a single day. Extending the training to two days would allow more time for discussion, practice, and reflection, and would significantly increase the overall value of the program.

I was dreading taking first aid again and it was not near as bad as I expected lol. The instructor was informative and quick and I’m glad I took it. It was a great refresher!

I have taken the H2S course a handful of times over the years and Erik was an exceptional instructor. Clearly communicated the concepts and engaged the class without the rigidity that often accompanies the classroom setting. Excellent work. Booking was easy and the location is convenient as well

Cate was awesome, she kept the class entertaining, and not dry.

Cate was a great instructor and is what instructors should strive to be like going into a class like that.

Overall a very good instructor, clear communication and easily understandable.
Although I think there was too much side track conversion from an older gentleman in the back which could’ve been avoided by asking him to remain quiet during the lesson.
Other then that, I’m very happy with the lesson.

The instructor was very confident, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. She ran the course in a clear and professional way, kept everyone focused, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. The class was informative, practical, and never boring. I learned a lot of important first aid skills and really appreciated her direct approach and sense of humour. Overall, a great course and a great instructor.

The instructor Kate was by far the best first aid instructor I’ve been to yet. When she discusses all the different scenarios where people have been injured, you can tell it’s coming from real life experiences .Kate has a common sense approach to teaching students in class, which is refreshing for a change. When she’s teaching, not everything is coming from a text book, it was a really good experience.
