Frank is an amazing instructor - thank you for keeping things light and moving. We covered A LOT of information in 8 hours. Hannah was also wonderful. I usually have a very hard time focusing during online courses, but this held my attention. Appreciate all you do!

I have never done a live synchronous virtual ALL DAY group course before but found this to be so enjoyable. Thank you all for making this a great learning experience. The pre-exam practice was extremely helpful to be prepared for the exam format. The manual audiometer simulator was also a great learning tool. Thank you!

All instructors were easy to follow and very informative. It was evident that they truly enjoy teaching this course and want to help each person understand the importance of protecting hearing and preventing hearing loss. This class was enjoyable while educational and I will definitely want to return for my recertification.

I’ve had the privilege of working in the fire service for over 30 years, earning around 10 certifications along the way. The instructors in this course stood out as exceptionally polite, reassuring, and informative - truly the best I’ve encountered. The virtual format was seamless and effective. I couldn’t find any areas for improvement - the course was outstanding just the way it was!

The last time I did my COHC recertification, it was in the live format so I wasn’t sure how the virtual version would go this time around. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend these instructors. Both were engaging, knowledgeable, kept the class paced appropriately, and had unique ways for us to complete the practicum portion of the recertification.

Instructor spoke very clear and was knowledgeable in all material. For a person very challenged with computers, this course had a lot of obstacles, but everyone was able to overcome each one.

All the instructors were fantastic and made the 20hrs of mandatory lecture enjoyable

This class was EXCELLENT! I have had the recertification class several times, but I’d say this was the best one. having the instructors tag-team helped break up the day. They were very organized, gave examples of practical real-life scenarios, and answered all the questions that were asked. You can tell that they enjoy teaching and they are good at it. I will recommend this class to anyone else that I can. Thank you for having the online version available.

I have completed several live virtual online courses (8) in the past couple of years and this was definitely in my top 2. The instructors were experts in the subject matter and facilitated a relaxed learning environment. The course was engaging with a variety of leaning methods. I found the exam prep to be very helpful, and allowed be to identify areas where I needed more review. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

I have taken A LOT of virtual courses/trainings in my time as an ER nurse, but this was by far one of the best I’ve taken! Both instructors were extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I hate taking courses where you can tell the instructor is just reading off the slides. This was far from that. All the little tips and tricks were so helpful in understanding the material. It was truly an enjoyable week of learning! Thanks so much for a great course!

This course was great! The information was presented in a very clear, easy to understand manner. The instructors were down to earth and very open to questions/feedback and were very engaging. They made the course material more enjoyable and dedicated the time to help prep for the exam. Highly recommend!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the CAOHC Certification Course. I was the trainer for my company, and I have attended several of virtual trainings. Earmark was by far the absolute best virtual training I’ve attended, and I dare say one of the best trainings virtual, or not! Your instructions were clear, your study and class materials were incredibly helpful and the content was very interesting. I knew exactly what to expect the whole time. I was really blown away by how wonderful this program was, and how much I loved the content. A training program is only as good as the instructors though so I do want to give you all the kudos you deserve. Hannah did an amazing job keeping us all engaged and breaking down some of the more difficult topics into bite sized pieces that we could more easily comprehend and digest. She was incredibly thoughtful when answering questions and overall very pleasant to learn from. I liked how Hannah was able to tell stories that applied to the topics in a relevant, engaging way that helped give some real-world examples of what we may encounter instead of leaving it all on the slides. She was also just really fun to have leading class! Juan was also very engaging, while we had less interaction with Juan during our class time his contribution was impactful. I really liked his analogies and the variety of experience he brought to the table. Juan had a very pleasant demeanor and a way of explaining some of the tougher concepts in an easy to understand way. Frank was very engaging and made the class very comfortable, and laid out very clear instructions for each step along the way. I feel like you’re pretty set with who you are at this point, but please never change your dad jokes! It kept class fun and exciting. Your knowledge shone through and I am always impressed with people who can weave jokes into training but not loose the importance of the material. Your analogies and real-world stories were very helpful especially when it came to retaining the information. One thing I loved about class was that we had three instructors because it kept things fresh and easier to maintain attention. I know you said you appreciate constrictive feedback because it helps you improve, but honestly I have nothing but 5 stars for this team. Thank you so much for your time. Frank and Juan were great. Their silly little memory aides were awesome as that is exactly how I remember things too. They made this course educational and fun. I would choose them again for my recertification in 5 years.

Honestly, this was a great course! Everyone was so involved; it was very easy to grasp the concepts and keeping it lighthearted and fun made it so much easier to sit through. The ONLY thing I wish I could have done differently is to have the option to review my exam at the end - I really wanted to know what I didn’t answer correctly. That is quite literally the only piece of feedback I have. Outside of that, I’ll be looking for this group in 5 years! :)
