I have never done a live synchronous virtual ALL DAY group course before but found this to be so enjoyable. Thank you all for making this a great learning experience. The pre-exam practice was extremely helpful to be prepared for the exam format. The manual audiometer simulator was also a great learning tool. Thank you!
All instructors were easy to follow and very informative. It was evident that they truly enjoy teaching this course and want to help each person understand the importance of protecting hearing and preventing hearing loss. This class was enjoyable while educational and I will definitely want to return for my recertification.
I’ve had the privilege of working in the fire service for over 30 years, earning around 10 certifications along the way. The instructors in this course stood out as exceptionally polite, reassuring, and informative - truly the best I’ve encountered. The virtual format was seamless and effective. I couldn’t find any areas for improvement - the course was outstanding just the way it was!
I have taken A LOT of virtual courses/trainings in my time as an ER nurse, but this was by far one of the best I’ve taken! Both instructors were extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I hate taking courses where you can tell the instructor is just reading off the slides. This was far from that. All the little tips and tricks were so helpful in understanding the material. This course was great! The information was presented in a very clear, easy to understand manner. The instructors were down to earth and very open to questions/feedback and were very engaging. They made the course material more enjoyable and dedicated the time to help prep for the exam. Highly recommend!!

The course instructors made learning very easy and the course materials were very precise especially the audiometry simulator.
Exceptional virtual course - mostly because of the presenters (Frank and Juan). and their jokes are funny. Perfect pace, content, reassuring mannerisms. Videos , pictures, tables, etc were above and beyond helpful.
