The course was highly informative, with comprehensive explanations provided by Benno and Mayeline, and served as a valuable refresher on compliance. It emphasized that compliance responsibilities extend beyond the compliance officer and apply to the entire organization.

Furthermore, there is now a greater requirement to collect and document information. It is essential to ensure that all files are fully compliant and in good order for submission to the Central Bank, particularly in light of the enhanced requirements set by the CBCS.

The course was very enjoyable. It provides a clear and well-structured foundation on AML/CFT/CFP fundamentals. The concepts are easy to understand, and the examples help reinforce learning. It is an excellent starting point for those beginning in the compliance field.
