Absolutely wonderful program that improves endurance and speed. Way more better than an expensive private program. Our child did way better here. The instructors are fantastic, patient and kind.

Taught me new things, and expanded my knowledge on rescue methods I was previously aware of. Good way to build a foundation into becoming a lifeguard.
The whole course is really interesting, I had a lot of fun during the course.
