Michael R. Grimler, Firearm Instructor

This is simply the best concealed Carey course that a person could attend in the state of New Mexico Michael Grimler is a highly professional and skilled concealed carry instructor. He does his homework stays up to date on all laws pertaining to conceal carry activities in the state of New Mexico, and in particular he has an excellent knowledge based on all pending legislations affecting gun owners in the state of New Mexico his skills in teaching are unprecedented. If you complete this course of training, you will be a better shooter, Citizen, and understand your rights as a gun owner. I do not believe that anyone would be disappointed in taking this class. Classes are engaging and filled with excellent content. During your shooting portion at the range, Mike, is it especially highly skilled safety expert and provide provides timely instruction to correct any issues on the range. These include misfires and improper handling of equipment. Take this course if you want to be enrolled in the best course in the state of New Mexico.

I see the value of the module with different types of holsters, giving us recommendations based on personal experience and such. However, I think it is unnecessarily long, and a part of the learning process that can be researched on our own instead. My suggestion would be shortening it if possible

In addition to providing a great training and interesting information, his class is based on upon “safety first.” I felt extremely comfortable training with Mr Grimler.

There is a lot valuable and important information in this class and Michael presents it in clear, concise manner. No bravado here. Questions always welcomed and answered with clarity. Excellent teaching style in a professional, safety conscious environment. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone interested concealed carry and firearms instruction.

As a NRA Training Counselor I have evaluated many instructors, Michael is a superb instructor! He shares his knowledge, experience and real world examples. Michael is current with New Mexico legislation and national legal trends across the US. I recommend taking the full day course, it will be worth your while. I’ve taken Michael’s course three times so far, and look forward to the next.

Teacher is very knowledgeable with concealed carry weapon information and makes the class very interesting and fun to attend.

The class was very informational and was presented very well. There were enough breaks and I really enjoyed it, it really helped me moving forward to carry a concealed weapon, I would recommend this class and instructor to other personnel who are interested in taking a CC class.

This class was very informative. Having been permitted in other states, this was definitely the most amount of training and information I have ever received in a concealed carry class. The class size was small which gave a personalized feel. I appreciated Mike’s willingness to answer our questions thoroughly and provide examples to explain scenarios and laws. The knowledge shared on resources for additional training, equipment, and learning was also very helpful. The club was clean and comfortable. All around positive experience and would sign up with Mike again for my renewal.

My second great class with Mr. Grimler. It was only the Refresher Class, but still a lot of fun. I really hope that he is still offering classes in two years when I have to do my Renewal Class. Thank you Michael, keep ‘em in the 9 ring!
