I say with no exaggeration, this was the best training course I’ve ever take, in any subject. Not because of the subject matter, but for the engagement of the instructor with the class. I never felt bored or the urge to check my watch to see when I can leave. Very charismatic instructor, extremely knowledgeable, and philosophical. A memorable experience to say the least.
I just completed the H2S Alive at the Kelowna location. The Instructor was awesome, I’m a noob with nil experience in the trades or oil and gas. He was able to learn a little about us and almost tailored the course to each of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable on a very broad range of trades and industry, in relation to oil and gas etc. He had a great sense of humour and was very professional yet very relatable. Quality refreshments were provided. I highly recommend 🤙

Taken this course many times, mostly bored by the monotone teacher that clearly does it for a cheque. James was very engaged and answered questions or comments like someone who cared and knew what he was talking about. Appreciate it! Keep it up!!!
SafetyBC Booking Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations Made Before 48 Hours of Class Start:
- Students who cancel their enrolment more than 48 hours before the start of the class are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Class Start:
- Students who cancel their enrolment within 48 hours of the class start time will be rescheduled for the next available class offered by SafetyBC.
- If a student chooses not to reschedule, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Processing:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed via e-transfer or cheque only.
3. How to Cancel:
- To cancel a class enrolment, students must contact SafetyBC customer service at training@safetybc.com
- All cancellation requests will be processed based on the time and date the request is received by SafetyBC.
4. Additional Information:
- SafetyBC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected students will be notified as soon as possible and will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
