Tom is an absolute treasure of a human being, he makes an 8 hour lecture feel like 2. Tom is able to break down SO MUCH INFORMATION and relay it in an unintimidating and forward way.

Very good. Their was alot of material to cover in a short time. The material was laid out well and consice. Mr. Cusack did a thorough job in presenting the large amount of material to be covered. He gave a large amount of scenarios and examples of the material which helped. Excellent instructor.

Tom has been one of the most wonderful and amazing teacher I have ever had. The way he sparks enthusiasm especially at his very tender young age is such an important part of learning. Originally being remote and switching in person because it would always be a regret to not learn from this amazing teacher in person. Hopefully coming back for my brokerage class when time comes and will always pick Tom no other teacher can do what this amazing man has done for myself and for others in my class!!!

The course was very informative and well-structured. The instructor explained complex real estate concepts in a simple and practical way. The evening and Saturday schedule was convenient for working students. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience that helped me feel confident for the state exam.

Loved everything about the class. Tom, Rosemary and Anne were all fantastic. Highly recommend. The knowledge of Tom and his personally was well worth the class and experience.
