The best PABC recertification training I have attended. Excellent instruction and a detailed coverage of all relevant materials with examples of real life situations. Presented in a way that allowed all Participants to be engaged in a productive way.

Nick the trainer was eloquent and presented the materials well for the class to comprehend

Nick was excellent instructor for the first aid portion of orientation. He made sure all members of the class participated by having the class answer questions and demonstrating how to apply pressure to a bleeding wound then apply a dressing/gause wrap correctly. All members interacted, shared experiences they have dealt with regards to topics being discussed ( bleeding,anaphylaxis,hyperglycemia,hypoglycemia, medications, stroke symptoms,heart attack symptoms). He really kept the whole class awake and interested. He was very animated keeping all participants alert.He should be praised for a job well done!

The training was well organized, the facilitators were top notch and the content was applicable to the ongoing behaviors.
