The course itself teaches you so much, you come out of it feeling more confident, you learn new skills and techniques of how to deal with different situations! Sara is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend.
Excellent Door Supervisor course from start to finish. The trainers were knowledgeable, professional, and made the course engaging and enjoyable. Unlike some training courses that can feel long and tedious, the content was delivered in a way that kept everyone involved and interested throughout.
The practical exercises and real-world examples helped build confidence and made the learning easy to understand. The team were supportive, approachable, and always happy to answer questions. I felt extremely well prepared for the assessments and for working within the security industry. I recently completed this course and had a fantastic experience. The staff were excellent, friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout. The location was easy to get to, and the organizers provided plenty of helpful information before the course started, which made everything run smoothly. I really recommend using CR2 for training, I had Sara as my trainer for the top-up course, she was very knowledgeable about all of the subjects and related them to different situations that she had experienced. She was patient with myself and made sure we understood before moving onto the next subject.
