Policy & Terms and Conditions
By registering for a Civilian Ordnance training class, you agree to the following:
- Safety First
- All participants must follow instructor commands at all times.
- Failure to follow safety protocols may result in immediate dismissal from class without refund.
- Eligibility
- Participants must be legally eligible to own or handle firearms under federal and New York State law.
- Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
- Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated for a specific course.
- Payment & Deposits
- Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
- All sales are final. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Civilian Ordnance if notified at least 72 hours in advance.
- Cancellations & No-Shows
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to class.
- No-shows forfeit all payments.
- Equipment & Firearms
- Participants may use their own firearms if approved and in safe working order.
- Civilian Ordnance reserves the right to inspect and deny use of any firearm or ammunition deemed unsafe.
- Rental firearms and ammunition may be available upon request.
- Liability Waiver
- By participating in training, you acknowledge the inherent risks of firearms use and agree to hold Civilian Ordnance, its instructors, and affiliates harmless from any liability, injury, or damages.
- A signed waiver will be required before class begins.
- Code of Conduct
- Civilian Ordnance maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.
- Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
