All In Arts – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in our classes or workshops, you’re agreeing to the guidelines below. These help us create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for every child.

Enrolment & Payment

  • Enrolment is confirmed once the enrolment form is completed and the deposit has been paid.
  • Fees must be paid in advance. If you have paid a deposit, you agree to pay the remaining balance promptly when invoiced.
  • Casual bookings secure a place only for the sessions booked and do not guarantee availability for the rest of the term. We do our best to accommodate casual bookings and may add additional staff when needed to support class numbers.

Missed Classes

  • Casual sessions: No refunds are provided. A makeup session may be offered if at least 6 hours’ notice is given.
  • Term bookings: If a class is missed, the lesson will be credited to your account to use toward a holiday workshop, another session, or a makeup class (subject to availability).
  • If a class is cancelled by the organiser, a makeup class or credit will be offered.

Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs on the enrolment form.
  • Children must not attend class if unwell or contagious.
  • All in Arts takes every reasonable step to ensure children are safe and supported during our sessions

Supervision

  • All in Arts staff are responsible for collecting your child from school (if applicable) and supervising them for the duration of the session.
  • If your child is being collected by another family member or friend, please email us their full name and contact number.
  • All in Arts is not responsible for children outside of scheduled session times.

Behaviour

  • We strive to support children with a wide range of behaviours and learning styles.
  • If a child’s behaviour disrupts the class or impacts others, we will communicate with families to work together toward a positive outcome.
  • Our priority is always to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for every child.

Photography & Media

  • Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional and social media purposes.
  • Please advise in writing if you do not consent to your child being included.
  • Photos shared inside our private Appsessment app are secure and viewable only by enrolled families. These will not be used on social media or our website.

Communication

  • All communication will be sent via email, text, and through our booking system Corsizio.
  • Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date so you don’t miss important updates.

Agreement = By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
