CDHO Path 4 Peer Circles in 2026

Please sign up for one Peer Circle only. Spots are on a first-come first-served basis.

You will be participating in two Peer Circles and two individual coaching sessions (one after each Peer Circle). You will have the same facilitator/coach for all sessions. You will not be able to complete Path 4 if you do not attend both Peer Circles in full.
