Workshop Policies & Terms
- Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund (minus standard payment processing fees). Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable due to advance kit preparation.
- Session Transfers & Seat Transfers:
- Session Transfer: If you need to switch to a different time slot during the show weekend, simply email us before the class and we will transfer your registration to the other session, subject to seat availability.
- Seat Transfer: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your seat to another person. Please notify us via email prior to the class so we can update the attendee roster.
- Waitlist:
- Once a session reaches capacity, Corsizio will automatically open a Waitlist. If a seat opens up, waitlisted individuals will be notified in order of sign-up and given a set window to claim the spot.
- Bring Your Own Pens / Liability:
- Hands-on tuning of personal pens brought to class is done at the owner's own risk. While step-by-step guidance and safety checks are provided throughout the session, Straits Pen is not liable for damage incurred to personal pens during student practice.
