Vinyasa Monday 6:30-7:45pm w Mynie ( 10wk Term)
Expect warming Vinyasa (fluid movements/poses linked to breath) followed by calming soothing Restorative Yoga.
Build warmth with Sun Salutations and flowing vinyasa to prime body and mind for stability, strength and flexibility, then slow it all down to rest and calm the nervous system practicing the art of relaxation to harmonise within leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
Cultivate ease and space in mind and body.
Expect breath practices and/or meditation offered most weeks.
Wear comfy clothes to move in. Socks and warm jumper are good to keep warm during relaxation in colder months.
BYO mat (we have spares if needed)
All other props are supplied.
