Straits Pen L.L.P. Canada

Workshop Policies & Terms

• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to an event are eligible for a full refund (minus standard payment processing fees). Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable due to advance material and kit preparation.
• Session & Seat Transfers:
  • Session Transfer: If you need to switch to a different available time slot, simply email us prior to the class and we will transfer your registration, subject to seat availability.
  • Seat Transfer: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your seat to another person. Please notify us via email before class so we can update the attendee roster.
• Arrival & Room Access: Attendees are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to session start as a guideline for check-in. Because rooms often operate on tight turnovers, specific venue entry instructions (e.g., volunteer door access or shop entry) will be detailed in your event confirmation email.
• Waitlists & Unpaid Holds:
  • When a session reaches capacity, Corsizio will automatically open a Waitlist. If a confirmed seat opens up ahead of time, waitlisted individuals will be notified in sign-up order.
  • Registrations without advance digital payment are held provisionally. All unpaid seats must be claimed and settled by the 30-minute pre-session cutoff. At that mark, any unclaimed unpaid seats will be forfeited and offered to attendees waiting at the door in order of their waitlist position.
• Bring Your Own Pens / Liability: Hands-on tuning of personal pens brought to class is done at the owner's own risk. While step-by-step guidance and safety checks are provided throughout the session, Straits Pen is not liable for damage incurred to personal pens during student practice.
